3.2 Treatwell Platform
When booking through Treatwell, you are also subject to Treatwell's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. We recommend reviewing these documents, which can be found on Treatwell's website. Our use of Treatwell's platform is governed by our agreement with Treatwell as a service provider.
3.3 Booking Confirmation
All appointments must be confirmed by us to be valid. You will receive confirmation via your chosen booking method. We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel appointments at our discretion.
4. Payment Terms
- Payment is required at the time of service unless otherwise agreed
- We accept cash, card payments, and payments through approved platforms
- Prices are subject to change without notice
- Package deals and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions
- Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from purchase date
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
5.1 Cancellation Policy
- 24-hour notice required for appointment cancellations
- Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may incur a cancellation fee
- No-shows will be charged the full service price
- Emergency cancellations will be considered on a case-by-case basis
5.2 Refund Policy
- Refunds are provided at our discretion for unsatisfactory services
- Product purchases are final unless defective
- Gift voucher purchases are non-refundable
- Refund requests must be made within 48 hours of service

- You are subject to both our Terms and Treatwell's Terms of Service

- Payment processing may be handled by Treatwell's payment providers
- We are not responsible for Treatwell's platform availability or technical issues
9.2 Other Third-Party Services
We may use other third-party services for payments, communications, or business operations. These services have their own terms and privacy policies.
10. Intellectual Property
- All content on our website and materials is our intellectual property
- Client testimonials and reviews may be used for marketing purposes
- Before/after photos require written consent and model release
- Unauthorized use of our content is prohibited
11. Code of Conduct
We expect all clients to:

- Arrive on time for appointments
